Return instructions cover faults with either the quality or product caused by Stationery Online. When the faulty product is returned Stationery Online will reprint at no additional cost or fully refund the customer.

Custom printed products are unable to be reprinted free of charge once the design, layout, paper and ink selections have been approved.
